WALK BESIDE HER

Your wisdom. Your experience. Your presence.

Every young woman deserves someone who sees her potential, believes in her, and is willing to walk beside her as she discovers the purpose God placed within her.

WHY MENTORSHIP MATTERS

Mentorship is more than giving advice—it is choosing to walk beside someone as she discovers who she is, whose she is, and who she is becoming. At The Christianaire Society, we believe every young woman deserves a safe, encouraging, and faith-centered relationship with someone who will see her potential, speak life into her purpose, challenge her to grow, and remind her that she does not have to navigate life alone. Our mentors provide wisdom, encouragement, accountability, and genuine sisterhood while helping young women grow in faith, confidence, leadership, life skills, and purpose.

She doesn’t need someone to live her life for her.
She needs someone willing to walk beside her.

WHAT IT MEANS TO BE A CHRISTINAIRE MENTOR

Being a Christianaire Mentor means choosing to be present, intentional, and committed to the growth of a young woman. A mentor is more than a role model—she is a trusted source of encouragement, wisdom, accountability, and faith-filled guidance.

Our mentors walk alongside young women as they navigate important seasons of life, helping them strengthen their relationship with God, build confidence, develop leadership and life skills, recognize their gifts, and move toward their God-given purpose.

You do not have to have all the answers. You simply need a willing heart, a listening ear, a commitment to show up, and a desire to pour into the next generation.

COME AS YOU ARE.
POUR OUT WHAT GOD HAS PLACED IN YOU.
HELP HER DISCOVER WHAT GOD HAS PLACED IN HER.

HOW MENTORSHIP WORKS

We believe meaningful mentorship begins with intentional connection. Rather than simply assigning mentors and mentees, The Christianaire Society takes time to understand each young woman’s needs, interests, goals, personality, and areas of growth.

Mentors will share their preferred mentee age groups, areas of mentorship, strengths, and availability. This information helps us prayerfully and thoughtfully create mentor-mentee pairings that encourage healthy relationships, meaningful growth, and genuine sisterhood.

Our goal is to create connections where both women feel supported, respected, encouraged, and equipped to grow. As the relationship develops, mentors will provide consistent encouragement, accountability, guidance, and opportunities for their mentees to discover and walk confidently in their God-given purpose.

INTENTIONAL MATCHING.
MEANINGFUL CONNECTION.
PURPOSEFUL GROWTH.

THE CHRISTINAIRE MENTOR COMMITMENT

Mentorship is a meaningful commitment. Our mentors agree to show up with consistency, integrity, compassion, and a genuine desire to invest in the life of a young woman.

We ask our mentors to:

• Be dependable and intentional in their communication and interactions.
• Maintain appropriate, healthy, and respectful boundaries.
• Encourage and support their mentee without judgment.
• Keep personal and sensitive information shared within the mentorship relationship confidential, except when safety concerns require appropriate action.
• Encourage spiritual growth while honoring the mentee’s individual journey.
• Participate in Society mentorship activities, check-ins, training, and opportunities for continued growth.
• Communicate with The Christianaire Society leadership when guidance, support, or concerns arise.

Our mentors are not expected to have all the answers. They are expected to be willing, present, teachable, and committed to walking beside her.

YOUR PRESENCE CAN BECOME PART OF HER STORY.
YOUR WISDOM CAN HELP SHAPE HER FUTURE.
YOUR YES CAN HELP HER WALK IN PURPOSE.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for women who are ready to make a meaningful investment in the next generation. A Christianaire Mentor does not have to be perfect or have every answer. She simply needs a willing heart, a strong sense of integrity, and a genuine desire to help a young woman grow.

We are looking for mentors who are:

• 18 years of age or older
• Grounded in Christian faith and committed to living with integrity
• Emotionally mature, dependable, patient, and compassionate
• Good listeners who can encourage without judgment
• Willing to maintain healthy and appropriate boundaries
• Committed to protecting the safety, dignity, and wellbeing of their mentee
• Willing to complete Christianaire Society mentor training and required screening
• Able to communicate consistently and respectfully
• Willing to learn, grow, and receive guidance from Society leadership
• Passionate about helping young women discover their gifts, build confidence, and walk in God-given purpose.

YOU DON’T HAVE TO BE PERFECT.
YOU JUST HAVE TO BE PRESENT, PURPOSEFUL, AND WILLING TO POUR INTO HER.

SAFETY, BOUNDARIES & ACCOUNTABILITY

The Christianaire Society is committed to creating mentorship relationships that are safe, respectful, healthy, and supportive. Because our mentors may build meaningful relationships with young women, we take safety and appropriate boundaries seriously.

Our mentors are expected to:

• Maintain appropriate communication and interactions with their mentee.
• Honor personal, emotional, physical, and digital boundaries.
• Never use the mentorship relationship for personal, romantic, financial, or inappropriate purposes.
• Protect the privacy and dignity of their mentee while understanding that serious safety concerns may need to be shared with appropriate Society leadership or authorities.
• Follow all Christianaire Society policies, procedures, and mentor guidelines.
• Complete required mentor orientation, training, screening, and background-check processes before being matched with a mentee, when applicable.
• Communicate promptly with Society leadership if concerns, conflicts, or safety issues arise.

Mentorship is a position of trust. We ask every mentor to honor that trust with integrity, wisdom, consistency, and care.

SAFE RELATIONSHIPS.
HEALTHY BOUNDARIES.
TRUSTED LEADERSHIP.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

Mentorship should be supported on both sides. When you become a Christianaire Mentor, you are not walking this journey alone. Our leadership team will provide guidance, encouragement, resources, and opportunities for continued growth as you serve.

As a mentor, you can expect:

• Mentor orientation and training before being matched with a mentee.
• Ongoing support and communication from Christianaire Society leadership.
• Opportunities for mentor check-ins, community, and encouragement.
• Resources and tools to help you navigate your mentorship relationship.
• Guidance when challenges or concerns arise.
• Opportunities to continue developing as a mentor and leader.
• A community of women who are committed to serving with faith, excellence, and purpose.

We want our mentors to feel equipped, supported, and valued as they pour into the next generation.

WE EQUIP OUR MENTORS
SO THEY CAN HELP EQUIP HER.

READY TO WALK BESIDE HER?

You don’t have to change the world all at once. Sometimes changing one life begins with simply being willing to show up.

If you have a heart for young women, a willingness to serve, and a desire to use what God has placed in you to encourage the next generation, we invite you to take the next step.

Complete our Mentor Application and tell us about yourself, your experience, your strengths, and the kind of mentorship relationship you feel called to provide. Our leadership team will review your application and prayerfully consider how your gifts, experience, availability, and interests may align with the young women we serve.
